Reflecting on my weight loss plan
I have realized over the months, that if I make healthy food choices 90% of the time and eat some of the things I want 10% of the time, along with regular weekly exercise. I will be set for a lifetime.

weight coming off slowly, but inches are same.
I need feedback... my measurement isthe same since november 2013, :cry: I'm doing zumba workout 4-5 times a week and pretty much eating between 1200-1400 calories. Doing zumba for 6 months. Measurements have not changed...what's up with that somebody. :cry:

I need feedback... my measurement is the same since november 2012, :cry: I'm doing zumba workout 4-5 times a week and pretty much eating between 1200-1400 calories depending on if I exercise that day, I will eat maybe 200 more. Doing zumba for 6 months. Measurements have not changed...what's up with that somebody.
