Hello from West Texas
I signed up for this site on the recommendation of a friend. 3 1/2 years ago I lost 45 pounds ... Literally all I did was walk 2-3 miles 2-3 times a week and cut my food in half... I ate whatever I wanted... Just half :) . About 2 years ago I "fell off the wagon" and have now gained back over half the weight I loss....…
