I like to go walking in the mornings, but I was wondering. When should I eat breakfast before or after working out. And would it apply for lunch and dinner also?
Hi I tried to lose weight in January but for whatever reason I couldn't do it. But now I am trying again. I am a teenage girl and this time I am going to do this with friends. So if you are in the same situation or need more inspiration you can friend me. I look forward to changing for better. :)
