Try drinking ice water through out the day instead of room temperature water. :)

I am currently a size 18/16 but i would love to be a size 12 by september. Eventually I would like to get down to a size 4 but that is because I am very short.

Well thank you. :) You both seem like you're coming from the same place. Eat lightly or nothing and then eat. Eating a meal before working out probably wouldn't be to comfortable anyways. So thanks!

Congratulations, I have done the same thing . I have decided to give up peanut butter, ice cream, and soda. I figured if I can go without it for forty days I won't feel the need to eat them anymore.:

I am the same way. I am supposed to go to Spain and France next year with friends and I keep telling myself " I want to look good when I go". It also keeps me from eating when I'm not actually hungry.

For level one I think you should be fine. But once you get to level two you might have difficulty because of your ankle. Good Luck it's a tough workout.
