i measured myself on 25th july my belly was 37 and now i measured today it increased by 3 inches. After a week i worked out very intensely ( morning yoga & afternoon some cardio ). So it is result of high working too hard.. I am belly feeling bloated.

Once in morning and other in the evening So i love yoga as well as doing some cardio and strength training. I do yoga for 1 hour in morning at 5 am and 30 min cardio and 20 min strength training in evening. Is it ok?
