Calorie intake
Hi Iam trying to figure out if what Iam doing ,is doing more harm to my weight loss progress . I am supposed to consume 1489 cal a day to stay at my same weight ,and it says to reduce your cal 500~800 cal to lose weight ,so I'm eat 1000 cal a day . What Iam wonder is this ,I go to the gym 4 times a week doing body combat…
