Work out question, about calories burned/eating
I am trying to lose about 80 pounds, so I am working out a LOT, 1-2 hours a day. Trying to get a jump start on my losing. So I am burning about 1000-1200 calories a day in aerobics and treadmill, I take 1-2 days a week off of working out.. I am set at a 1200 calorie a day diet. Do I need to up my calorie intake to keep…
