Calories... but what is the best source...for Fat Loss!!!
Can you really eat what you want to lose weight as long as you are under your calorie count for the day? Does it matter if you eat a piece of fruit of a diet bar which are actually the same calorie count???

Calories Burned Vs Calories Earned
This is perplexing me a bit - if I go to the gym and burn calories but don't replace these, so that I go below my calories figure which means that on MFP that I am in 'starvation' mode, will this mean that I will stop losing weight?
