Hello MFP's,
I have lost a big amount of weight over a year, but now I have started to get serious pain in my hips and groin when going running. I stop this the pain goes and I read loose things online about when the 'padding' goes, you need to take time for your body to catch up. Anyone else had similar experiences? Would love to hear your feedback on this.
