How accurate are they, because I got mine tested my a nutritionist a month ago and then did an online measurement based one today, and I lost 3% points of fat, is this possible?
How come I'm eating around 1200 calories, exercising regularly (burning anywhere between 400 - 1200 calories) and gaining weight? I haven't (sorry to be gross) had a bowel movement in a while, could that be it? What am I doing wrong?
