Motivation - What's yours?
I turn 40 in October 2018. I want to be able to confidently walk on a beach in a two piece. I'm 80 pounds away. Though, I'm not going to let the scale dictate to me my confidence level. I'm letting how I feel in my skin and toning do the talking.

Self Sabatoge?
Ugh! UGH! UGH! The harder I try to lose weight and "be good" the more weight I gain. It seems the more I want to get down to pre-pregnancy weight, the worse I do.
