Step counter and activity levels
Apologies if there's a thread on this already! I have my iPhone synced up with MFP which is great for picking up my activity. On average I do 10-12000 steps a day. Should my activity level be set to Sedentary? If it's set to something else will I be doubling up my exercise calories? Very confused!

Weight up but measurements the same
Hi all! I have finished the C25K plan (go me!) and weighed 61kg when I started. 10 weeks on and I am running more seriously (30-35mins continuously 4x p/w). Mystery Weight gain on C25K?
Has anybody else on here experienced mystery weight gain after starting regular exericse (I'm doing the C25K plan). Just began week 4 today and weighed in this morning 1kg heavier than I did 4 days ago!
