I was reading a post earlier and one of the comments was this: "keep in mind the nutrition facts on things like meat are the macros for the meat PRIOR to cooking. Healthy Southern Foods? Is there such a thing?
I am from the south, I love flavor in comfort foods. Now, I cannot eat the typical southern comfort foods, fried chicken, cheesy bread, homemade cakes and pies, etc...and I don't feel bad about it. BUT, I would like to find some sites, or books, that have good recipes in them that are healthy. I am a baker and love to…
