100 Day Streak - 2500 steps per day or more
I am a desk jockey so sometimes getting even 2500 steps in per day is a challenge. I am creating this challenge for myself to create a streak, see how long I can go. I will raise it after I make it to 100 days straight.

21 Day Exercise Challenge
Listening to Brian Tracy's audible book called Maximum Achievement and today's message that stuck out at me was the time it takes to form a habit. I've heard it before - 21 days. So this challenge is for me to do that 21-day challenge. My objective is to do a minimum of 10 minutes per day for a minimum of 21 days.
