21 Day Exercise Challenge

Listening to Brian Tracy's audible book called Maximum Achievement and today's message that stuck out at me was the time it takes to form a habit. I've heard it before - 21 days. So this challenge is for me to do that 21-day challenge. My objective is to do a minimum of 10 minutes per day for a minimum of 21 days.
