A Little Stumped: Was The Cut Too Early?
Hmm. Got a not nice surprise this morning, doing my weekly measurements and weigh in. Two weeks into cut: up two pounds from last week, three total for two weeks. Measurements around and under waist are up. Legs up 1/2". I potentially have some gyn issues that are currently being explored that would maybe contribute, but I…

Non-Lift Days Recommendations for Exercise
Hi, Sorry--I seem to be on a posting craze. As I begin my cut, I am looking for some effective workouts on non-lifting days. Currently I lift on M-W-F for 45-minutes to an hour. As it is lost for good, I wonder if anyone would weigh in (no pun intended) on whether I should buy the Fit Bit or Body Media? The FB synced…

Fit Bit and Weight Lifting
I have a new Fit Bit and understand it does not properly calculate weight lifting. I lift 3-4 days a week, for about 45 minutes after a 10 minute warm up. My warm up calculates, but nothing else. Would you recommend manually adding in the weight lifting in MFP (which I know will only approximate calorie burn) or is it best…
