I joined MFP earlier this year, but like some people I finally got a job (missouri sucks for jobs) and was "too tired" or "forgot" to log my food or exersize. But as of today I'm back on track, today I said to myself "It's now or never, and I'm tired of how I look now." So hopefully this time I can stay motivated.
The only time I really have to myself is after 11pm. I have a on demand fitness option on my tv, but I can't use it during the day because my moms watching tv. So is it bad to work out late at night after 11pm and so on?
