I would like to find someone who is around 40, that weighs around 240 pounds, and wants to lose 100 pounds. That way we can motivate each other through our journey.
Is it true you have to eat more calories if you exercise and burn them. I am on 1200 calorie diet so no matter if I exercise I still need to eat a total of 1200 calories. I just want to make sure I am understanding this correctly.
Hi, I am trying this program. Is any one out there that has to lose the same amount or close to it and we can do it together? I have been very unhappy with my self lately and have no energy. I want to feel good about myself again. Thanks for any help.
