I'm 5'11 205 lbs (was 265). 2lbs a week weight loss set me at 1310 calories a day. i ate 5 times today and burned 400 cal. exercising. buy the time I had my work out completed and drank my after workout shake it was 8 pm and i still had 360 calories i could eat (because I added my workout calls). should I eat more of them…
