Ok, so I am new to this whole loose weight thing. At first I figured all I had to do is eat less and exercise more - easy right? I find that it is hard for me to 'just stick to healthy foods and exercise.' I am thinking that if I follow a set plan (do/eat this and that) maybe it will be easier. So, are there any books that you recommend?
