Want to lose 15-20 lbs
I'm 40 years old, recently married, and want to stay motivated to get to my goal weight. When I'm motivated, I can lose 5-7 lbs easily, but then life gets busy and I gain it back. I am currently motivated with my diet, but haven't a hard time getting back into a workout routine. Does anyone out there have similar goals?
