BMR and Exercise calories???
Today is my first day. I have been kind of playing with my account and the site. I love it! I have decided that I would eat my BMR calories but not my exercise calories. I am not sure if this is the best way and would love some input! I have 70 pounds to lose. Thanks!
Just turned 39
I am hoping to lose 66 pounds by my 40th birthday. I would love to do this with supportive, fun friends! I have been fat all my life and exercise has never been a part of it. I want this to change!! Age: 39 Height: 5'2" Weight: 215-ish (I will weigh in the morning) Goal: 150lb. Lets get started!
