Had Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy 11/23/16
Hi All! Long time member of My Fitness Pal---unfortunately, after losing the same 50lbs over and over across 5 years, I made the decision of having a vertical sleeve gastrectomy. Anyone who would like to add me, please do! I need all the support I can get! Thanks!
Need to lose for baby!
Hi all! I'm here to lose weight so I can take fertility meds. At the moment, I need to lose 75 lbs! Low carb diets work the best for me--I've had much success with them in the past. Silly me--ate the wrong foods and gained back my losses.
