BMI of 14,5 ! How can i eat more?
Just found out i'm dangerously underweight. My BMI should be at least 18! I eat around 1500 calories a day, just because i'm easily full. I add a glass of almond milk to my foods, i try to eat high calorie food (peanut butter, avacado, eggs) but i just can't gain weight! I am really freaking out because i don't want to end…

a good workout plan?
Monday: Butt and legs Tuesday: Abs and back Wednesday: Cardio Thursday: Butt and legs Friday: Abs and arms Saturday: Cardio Sunday: Rest Does this seem okay? I want to build muscle, but is this enough? Do i need more rest?

Working out for 3 days then resting for 1 okay?
If i work out monday, tuesday and wednesday is thursday a good day to rest? Then i work out like the next three days. You get the pattern, is that a good system to make sure i get enough rest but still work out enough?
