Buffet calories
its easy to work out what calories you take in when you prepare the food yourself but when you have a buffet with cocktail sausages and crisps all mixed together aswell as different sorts of sandwiches all with mayonnaise in how on earth can yo tell how many calories your taken in??????

It doesnt make sense
i am trying to be healthy by eating fruit but if I have a couple of clementines and an apple for snacks it puts me way over my sugar allowance for the day? How can this be?

So far so good
we are in to day 16 of our weight loss adventure and my partner and I have lost a combined total of 19lbs, whatever we are doing it seems to be working, cut down on food portion size, keeping within our calorie goal, daily exercise and even drinking green tea, long may it continue.

Fitness monitor
hi my partner and I are looking for a fitness monitor for each of us and I wondering if anyone has any recommendations, ideally we would wear it all day and it would measure calories burned etc, any help would be appreciated as their are so many to choose from and we have no idea.
