Good morning MFP friends, I need some help, suggestions, idea's on how to become motivated to exercise after I get off from work, help kids with homework, run kids to bball practice, cook dinner and put kids to bed. After I get done I'm exhausted and just want to go to bed. Any idea's this has always been by down fall.:sad:
Hello all, I'm new to the site. I am very motivated to lose 30-40lbs. I am a mother of 3 children, (2boys and 1 girl) also a wife to a wonderful husband.
