I finally gave up yesterday
After 7 days of strictly logging 1000-1200 calories, exercising and not an ounce or inch lost, I decided yesterday to ignore logging in calories and just eat. I didn't eat junk. Day 5 NOT an ounce lost. Why am I not surprised?
First of all, I know 5 days is not enough but I expected to at least lose some water weight. Nothing. This is typical for me.
