I have an I-phone but the Apple ear buds I got won't stay in while exercising. Also, the volume isn't that great either. Any recommendations out there?
Ok I just sautéed some veggies using 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Obviously I didn't eat all of the olive oil because there is still some in the pan. How much do you log? 1/2 T, 1 T?
