I recently got a heart rate monitor. It is increasing my calorie burn by about 100 calories per hour over what MFP says. Is it that I am working harder than projected or is it an error. It says I work at about 85% and I am working hard? what do you think? I also added some strength training in this week?

How does MFP figure sodium, like it says pot roast has 906 but I don't cook with any salt? Does it assume or is that much sodium naturally in foods?

So does anyone think it will make a huge difference if I skip the yoga day and just cardio up that day and maybe do a stretch? I really hate the yoga and it makes me end up not wanting to do the program>
