Alright folks, I am going on vacation next week and am trying my best not to derail my progress. What are some of your favorite workouts to do while away (I'll be at the beach if that helps). P.S. I don't love running :)
I have been noticing that no matter what I seem to eat for lunch, that I hit a sleepy slump come 2 p.m. Any suggestions on what I can do or eat to get/keep the energy level up?
