wow! Just finished day 2 and it was easier than day 1. I've found jogging at s slower pace makes it easier for me to make it through the 30 min. How was your week? Thoughts?

hey!! I'm weighing in each week! If you want to feel free to post!! I started at 242 lbs. I weighed in today at 240.5!!! 1.5 lbs down in week 1!!! Yeeeeah!
