Does any one have some suggestions on how to keep protein grams lower. I'm thinking my protein is too high and I can't figure out a good plan to keep it lower. Obviously everything I eat is high in protein and I'm eating too much.
I started doing a Keto diet 2 weeks ago and seem to be having a problem with my macros, I am good on carbs but am getting to much protein and not getting enough fat. I'm having a bit of trouble with the whole fat thing. I started cooking in butter but need more ideas? Help please!????
