Protein too high

Does any one have some suggestions on how to keep protein grams lower. I'm thinking my protein is too high and I can't figure out a good plan to keep it lower. Obviously everything I eat is high in protein and I'm eating too much.

    Your protein intake looks in a fine range to me.

    I think your protein goal is fine. I looked at your food diary.

    If you're going over on certain days then pre-log your food before you eat it. Try to get more pure fats like butter, coconut oil, olive oil, lard, cream, etc. that don't have protein or carbs rather than trying to get most of your fat from foods that have fat and carbs like avocado, nuts, cheese, etc.

    Try to get fats/proteins and carbs in proportion every meal. Some meals you have mostly fat and others mostly protein. A sauce or something fatty with protein and some veggies is usually easier.
