I'm try to watch my carb intake and once in awhile I have to use a fast food restaurant, some sites allow you to alter the items to calculate the nutritional information but several do not....ugghhh!!!! Example Hardee's Red Burrito Taco Salad no shell, beans onions. How do I figure??? Thanks in advance for any help.
I am a busy mom of 2, my daughter is 7 and son is 3. Tried every fad diet out there and looking to change my eating habits for good, need to be a better example for my children. Problem is I'm not a big veggie eater (shock, shock right)! Looking for people to share food choices/recipes and challenge me to do my workouts!!!
