I was just wondering if anyone knew what my nutritional goals should be set at? Right now I am set at carbs 96g, fat 43g, protein 128g. Is this standard for everyone?
Is chromium safe to take? I have heard that Chromium is really good to take as it helps speed up the metabolization of carbs... and that it helps speed up the weightloss. Just wondering if anyone has more information on this.
