1200 Cals minimum?
I've always heard that ur supposed to consume 1200 cals minimum + whatever exercise cals u earn. I have one question though, my wife has been doing it for about a month and hasn't lost much, does the 1200 cal minimum apply no matter how much u weigh or how tall u are? 12 lbs in 6 weeks
Lost my first 12 lbs in 6 weeks which is great, but ever since I updated my profile, I've stopped losing weight. I currently weigh 190 lbs I've heard that it is normal to lose some weight then Stop losing weight. It's frustrating anyone have any ideas?
