I am 29, male, 6'3" and started at 216 lbs. I am down to 201 lbs as of my last weigh-in and am looking forward to weighing-in at under 200 lbs for the first time in a long time in a few days. How do I know what size frame I am considered?
I'm 6'4" and 208 lbs. According to the healthy height weight charts I'm 1 pound overweight for a larger frame or 21 pounds overweight for a medium frame. How do I know what size frame I'm considered? Thanks!

Freeze dried fruit is amazing!
I'm not a big fan of most fresh fruits because of the texture and some like peaches having a weird fuzz but freeze dried fruits are delicious. I'm sure that means theres something wrong with them but I really hope not.
