So I find Monday - Friday afternoon, I do fine sticking to my calories, water, and exercise. Then Friday night hits and it seems to go down hill for most of the weekend. There is always some fun event or entertaining going on during the weekends. By luck, I have still lost, thankfully. Anybody have this problem?
I hope this will be just what I need! Been exercising lately and counting calories so I hope this boost of support will keep me motivated. I've done another weight loss program before that counted points and it really worked. Heard great things about this site. just wanted to say "Hi!"
