I'm back and looking for motivation! 50 to lose!!
It's been awhile since I've been calorie counting. Gained almost 20 lbs in in the last year and a half. Ready to get back down to previous weight and lose extra. Hoping to lose about 50 total. Please add me so I can have motivation from others who are in the same boat I am. Thanks :)

Finally to my goal weight.. down 56lbs
Well, I have finally reached my goal weight of 165. I started this journey weighing about 195.. i was my heaviest at 222 when I had my daughter. sodium and sugar
how bad is it to go over your sodium and sugar? I go over both of them every day. Its so hard not to. Ive been buying some foods that i can find that have less sodium added, but it still adds up in the end.. as far as sugar goes, geez, it seems like everything has quite a bit of sugar. exercise after dinner
Is it bad to exercise after you eat? Ate dinner about 15 min ago and I have the sudden urge for a jog...will it make me sick?

down almost 50lbs

net is frustrating me
Is it really important to keep my net around 1200? It's usually around 700-900. I try to keep my calories around 1200-1400.. am I going to put my body into starvation mode with my net thAT low? I don't want to eat more... and I don't want to stop exercising either..
