I'm naturally thicker too! I actually like the way I look with some meat on my bones. 170 would be great...but I'd love the 160s too :smile: It's nice to have so many others with the same goals. We can all keep each other on track!

Seeing pictures of myself and remembering how good I felt at that weight. It's keeps me motivated to exercise more and eat better. I have already noticed a change in my energy level since exercising more and cutting wayyy down on sweets.

Drink extra water after dinner. Should help you to feel more full! :smile:

Nachos and pizza are my two favorite foods. I will definitely have cheat meals now and again. I'll just have to make sure to work out double that day! :smiley:

You could up your calories a bit. Make sure your getting your protein and water in every day!

I was on citalopram (celexa) for 3 years. Went to the doctor about a month ago and she informed me that I'd gained almost 30lbs since being on it. Could be the pills that are making it harder to lose weight....

Question. I love watermelon. Been eating a lot lately but it's causing me to go over my sugar limit every day. Is that bad?? Since it's natural sugar...

thanks!! I just try to eat less sweets, drink less soda and cut back on fast food. I also go to the gym or for a walk almost every day.. once the weight starts falling off its almost enjoyable to eat healthier and work out more.. good luck to you sweetie!!

i walk in with my chin up, proud of myself that im making an effort to go to the gym. Any time i see someone overweight in the gym, like myself.. im always thinking that im proud of them for working out and trying to get healthy/happy. Go to the gym, who cares what others think?! You should be proud of yourself!!

Just started eating a lot better and walking every day. Turning down cake at birthday parties.. eating whole grain.. I still eat all of the foods I love, just in moderation. I love working out now. 1. we usually spend about 100 a week on groceries. Feeding 4 people. One baby so that includes formula and baby food as well. 2. I am a SAHM so i eat at home every day for breakfast and lunch.
