Lost weight already in 5 days. Bit hungry though

Well its almost been a week. I did weigh myself on day 3 as I wanted to get an idea if I was under eating. Was surprised I'd lost 5 pounds. I'm doing my weigh in Thursday. I'm so desperate to lose 100 pounds. Never been this heavy. I've lost 60 pounds before, but never done the 1200 calories before.
For me it started with hating the way I look, but now it's about being healthy and wanting to feel better. I have health issues anyway so losing this weight will do me a wold of good.
If anyone wants to add me that would be great. Would be nice to talk to others doing this.

Are you exercising? Are you eating your exercise calories back?0

It's normal to lose initial water weight, good job. Are you over restricting yourself? Can you provide your stats? Make sure you're getting enough fat and proteins for satiety.0

You can probably eat way more than 1200 calories with so much to lose.0

Congrats on starting your weight loss! Bear in mind you are losing water weight right now; you won't continue to see such large drops in weight. Be sure you are not restricting yourself too much. Are you using the MFP guidelines? I'm 5'2" (SW was 230 lbs) and eating 1200-1300 calories per day. I'm also trying to lose 100 lbs; currently I've dropped 44 lbs in the last 3.5 months. My health has definitely improved; my cholesterol levels dropped from really nasty to normal and my feet and knees feel much better. Don't make yourself miserable trying to lose weight; you didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose it overnight either. Eat foods you enjoy and have the occasional treat-just keep them within your calorie goal for the day. Good luck and feel free to add me as a friend if you need a motivation buddy.0
