Name your favorite food that is low cal but you get lots of it. Being summer my is zucchini.

Bell peppers. I practically live on bell peppers. Stuffed, grilled, raw, lathered with nutella, whatever. Give me all the bell peppers!0

My garden is blowing up with my favorites! Sugar snap peas, mixed lettuces, kale, swiss chard, lemon cucumbers, sun gold tomatoes, spinach. I can't pick just one!!0

Popcorn! I eat the 100 calorie min bags or air pop my own when at home. I just discovered the dried edemene anacks at Costco. I have to be careful with those. You can seriously eat too many of them. Also, the mni sweet peppers and baby carrots. They are especially good with a little Greek Yougurt cucumber and dill dip.0

I consider tuna fairly low cal.....not sure why I would be overly concerned with calories when I choose my food.
I usually look for nutrition and tend to not overeat when I get a lot of it.0 -
