Bell peppers. I practically live on bell peppers. Stuffed, grilled, raw, lathered with nutella, whatever. Give me all the bell peppers!

Question. I love watermelon. Been eating a lot lately but it's causing me to go over my sugar limit every day. Is that bad?? Since it's natural sugar...

Popcorn! I eat the 100 calorie min bags or air pop my own when at home. I just discovered the dried edemene anacks at Costco. I have to be careful with those. You can seriously eat too many of them. Also, the mni sweet peppers and baby carrots. They are especially good with a little Greek Yougurt cucumber and dill dip.

I consider tuna fairly low cal.....not sure why I would be overly concerned with calories when I choose my food.

I usually look for nutrition and tend to not overeat when I get a lot of it.
