I love Shakeology! Am I allowed to say that???
So, I think I've hit a plateau...I've been playing with this same pound for about 2 weeks now. It comes and goes. I have upped my protein intake because my muscles were getting really sore after my cardio workouts and I've cut back on my carbs. I'm seeing results everywhere but the scale. Any thoughts...
So, I don't normally put myself out there like this but i've decided to come out of my comfort zone. So, please feel free to pass on any words of wisdom you may have.
