MFP Runner's Club - February 11
How did everybody do today? I got up at 5:00 and went to the gym to lift weights and do a speed workout. I ran three minute intervals of jogging and running (5.5 mph and 7.0 mph.) It was a good start to the day. Hope everybody else had a good run today!:flowerforyou:

Hooray for me!
I got one of those Reebok heart rate monitors from Woot. So today I used it at the gym for the first time, and I ran eight miles in 82 minutes (my best ever!) I burned 930 calories too, so now I'm going to have a great day of feasting!:happy:

I joined a couple of days ago. I was going to go on the Biggest Loser website until I saw that it cost money, so I searched for a similar free website and found this one. I'm 53 years old, healthy, and pretty active. I need to do a better job of limiting my snacking (especially in the evenings), and so far using this site…
