Need a little, hell who am I kidding, A LOT of motivation!!
I know what I need to do.....staying motivated is the problem! Been overweight all my life, lose a lot, gain some, lose a little, gain a lot....cycle is vicious. The struggle is real! Lost 27lbs last year, gained 5-7 back (yay mini success!), mini goal: going to Cabo in August (gulp!)... Would like to lose 30 more lbs.…

Eating good but having a hard time exercising...
I have lost 25lbs (woo hoo) but soley to just eating right - for the first time EVER. I have exercised here and there BUT am not consistant with it. I am having a really hard time motivating myself. HELP! Suggestions ( be nice) and some inspiration please!

Hello Fitness friends
I joined MyFitnessPal 50 days ago and have lost 21.8lbs!!! I'm so excited! My goal is to lose 7 lbs a month until the end of the year. I have mainly been concentrating on my eating habit and now would like to incorporate more excercise. Wish me luck!
