Julie's Guiltless Pizza Heavan!!!!
Crust:
1c of rice cauliflower (tip- use food processor,then microwave for 2 minutes, it will be hot but squeeze any excess water out- use paper towel or cheese cloth)
1egg
1c mozzarella cheese
2 tsp parsley
1tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic
Mix well. Press onto pan round or square. Use nonstick spray- this is a must or you will be eating your pizza out of the pan with a fork- been there done that- i wasn't mad .
Bake crust @ 450 for about 15-17minutes!!
Cauliflower dough compliments of the world wide web - made with a few of my own modifications;0)~
Toppings:
1/4c chopped mushrooms
1/2c julienned spinach
15 cherry tomatoes - halved
1/2 cup broccoli
2 tsp - grated parmesan cheese
Red pepper flakes- optional
1Tbsp EVOO - optional
Mix all together in a bowl, set aside.
Once crust is done, remove from oven & turn oven to Broil (high).
Spread 1/2c marina on crust, layer veggies on top.
Add 1/4c of mozzarella if you have calories to spare
Broil on high, until veggies are browned - or cheese melted.
Drum roll please......625 calories for entire pizza....yes -I said ENTIRE! You can substitute whatever you'd like to save or add calories. I have the breakdown on MFP. This is a MUST TRY - it is heavanly! Enjoy!!
