To those who are female and 5"9, how many cals do you eat?
I'm eating between 1400-1600 net cals a day, wondering how much others are eating.

Not losing weight after 1.5 months
I have been consitently going to gym for 1.5 months now (30-45 min cardio and strength training) and eating a diet from 1200-1600 (sometimes below that when I exercise) and I have not lost any inches and my clothes fit exactly the same. It is extremely frustrating and I'm starting to think there is something wrong with me.…

I've been eating healthy (counting my calories), cardio for 45-60 min 4+ times a week and strength training for the last 3 weeks but I have not lost a single inch in my waist/stomach. Only my arms and legs are more defined and I feel stronger/have gained endurance, but my clothes fit the same. My question is, have any of…

My BMR is 1700...
Should I be consuming these calories every day if I want to lose weight? I've always read that the ideal amount is 1200, but I don't want to risk anything. Also, by eating 1700 net cals a day, will the weight loss be faster than if I ate 1200? (I'm 19, f, 5'9, 185 lb)

Exercising but not eating enough calories?
Hey everyone! I began exercising and eating healthy about 2 1/2 weeks ago but I have not noticed any weight loss at all (I have built muscle though). My clothes fit the same and I measured myself with a measuring tape and I haven't lost inches either. My problem is that I wasn't eating enough calories. (Net calories I was…
