A year on MFP - Before & After - 51lbs lost
I've been on MFP for a year now, and I finally feel like i'm prepared to share my before and after pics. I've lost 23kg/51lbs, and seen my waist decrease from 38" down to 32"! Still got those love handles, but they are getting smaller. I'm determined to keep going with MFP until they are gone. I have so much more energy…
