Hi, I'm new and wanted to introduce myself. I am trying to lose weight, mainly to be healthier. My goal weight is 8 stone (112lbs). I have started eating more healthy and working out six days a week, but I still find it hard to be motivated, and thought MFP would help me to stay on track :)
